Refund policy.

Last updated: May 2026

Oriora wallet top-ups follow the same model as other AI credit platforms: a short refund window for unused balance, with service fees non-refundable.

24-hour refund window

Unused wallet balance can be refunded within 24 hours of the top-up transaction. Refund requests are submitted from the billing section of account settings. After 24 hours, the balance is non-refundable.

What is refundable

  • Unused wallet balance — any portion of the wallet that has not been spent on AI calls, requested within 24 hours of purchase.

What is not refundable

  • Consumed balance — wallet units spent on AI calls are non-refundable, regardless of when the call was made.
  • Service fee — a service fee is charged at checkout to cover payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable even within the 24-hour window.
  • Auto-topup charges — each automatic top-up starts its own 24-hour window. Only the unused portion of that charge is eligible.

Failed AI calls

Calls that fail before any AI work is produced are not charged. The wallet is not debited for failed calls — no refund is needed. For calls that produce partial output and then fail mid-way, the AI cost incurred up to the failure point is charged. Disputes on partial-failure charges can be raised from the Activity feed per call.

Account closure

If you close your account, any remaining unused wallet balance is refunded to the original payment method within 30 days, except where the account was terminated for policy violations.

Disputes and chargebacks

Disputes are handled through the payment processor's standard dispute flow. Initiating a chargeback may result in the Oriora account being suspended pending dispute resolution.
