Oriora Support Reply Drafter

Paste a customer message; get triage + 2–3 reply drafts to review and send.

Paste an incoming customer support message and Oriora gives you the detected intent, a suggested triage tag, and 2–3 ready-to-edit reply drafts — each in a different tone. A human always reviews and sends: the tool drafts, it never messages your customers. Runs right in your Oriora account, nothing is stored, and the AI drafting is billed to your wallet.

What you get

  • Detected intent + a suggested triage tag for the ticket
  • 2–3 reply drafts, each in a different tone, every one copyable
  • Honours your tone & policy notes (e.g. "no refunds past 30 days")
  • Bracketed placeholders for facts to fill — never invents prices or commitments
  • A human reviews and sends — it never messages the customer

Example outputs

Double charge → tag: billing · empathetic, professional & concise drafts offering to refund the duplicate once [order number] is confirmed.
Export button broken on Safari → tag: bug · drafts asking for [browser version] and offering a workaround while it is investigated.
"How do I add a second seat?" → tag: how_to · a friendly step-by-step draft with a [settings link] placeholder.

How it works

1

Paste

Drop in the customer’s message, plus optional tone and policy notes.

2

Draft

One AI call returns the intent, a triage tag, and 2–3 drafts in different tones.

3

Review & send

Pick a draft, edit it, fill any [placeholders], and send it yourself.

FAQ

Does it send replies to my customers?

No. It only produces drafts for a human to review, edit, and send. There is no auto-send, no inbox connection, and no live chat — the tool never messages your customers.

Will it make up facts like prices or order numbers?

No. It is instructed never to invent prices, dates, ticket numbers, refunds, or commitments. When a fact is missing it leaves a clearly-bracketed placeholder (e.g. [order number]) for you to fill, and it honours any policy notes you add.

Where does my data go?

Nothing is stored. The message you paste is sent for the single drafting call, billed to your Oriora wallet, and then forgotten — no ticket history, no saved drafts.
