Oriora Cellar
Your cellar, remembered.
Log the wines, whiskies and beers you taste, with your own scores, and the bottles in your cellar with the dates they're ready to drink. Cellar works out your palate on your device — where your high scores cluster by region and style, your top producers, what you've spent, and which bottles are inside their drink window. Ask for a palate portrait and the AI turns those numbers into a few plain sentences. Only the summary is sent, never your tasting notes.

How it works
Log it
Add tastings with your score, and cellar bottles with their drink-by dates.
It reads your palate
Score clusters, top producers, spend and drink-window tallies — all computed on your device.
Ask for a portrait
Get your palate written up — where your high scores really cluster, and what that says.
FAQ
Does it recommend bottles or give drinking advice?
No. Cellar describes your own logged tastings — your scores, patterns and what you spent. It won't recommend what to buy, advise on drinking, or estimate a bottle's value.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. The math runs there too; only a small summary is sent to write a portrait, and Oriora keeps nothing.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The app is free; you only pay for the AI portraits you run — a fraction of a cent each, billed to your Oriora wallet.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Cellar is rated 17+ and shows an age check when you first open it.
How does backup & restore work — iCloud, Google Drive, GitHub?
Your data lives on your device, and you can back the whole collection up to your OWN cloud: connect Google Drive (one tap) or GitHub (a token) once in your Oriora account, and every Oriora app backs up there — restore it on any device. Files need no connection at all: export a backup file and import one back through your phone's own Files picker, where iCloud Drive (and Google Drive, if it's on your phone) simply appear. In the latest app versions the Back-up panel also shows exactly where your backups live and when the last one was saved, and you can just tell the chat "restore my data" — it names the source and asks you to confirm.
